I was taking photos of local crop fields – wheat, maybe? – early one day, when I spotted this tiny ladybug covered in morning dew. It was completely still and unmoving, possibly asleep or trying to keep warm. I wonder how many hours it can take for them to dry out and be able to fly again, after they have been so saturated with water like that.
